Subjects Taught
Social Studies

I am a 1999 graduate of Cook High School.  After leaving CHS, I attended Valdosta State University and in 2005 received a B.S. Ed. degree.

In 2007 I returned to school and received my Masters of Education in Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction following the two year program at Walden University.

In 2012 I attended Walden University again, receiving my specialist degree in Instructional Technology.

I have been teaching at Cook Middle School since 2005.  From 2005 through the 2011 school year I taught sixth grade World Studies.  At the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year I began teaching eighth grade Georgia Studies.

In addition to my teaching duties here at CMS, I also serve as the head varsity softball coach for Cook High School and the head varsity tennis coach as well.
